About Me
Life can be tough. Sometimes we could all use a little help getting back on our feet and reaching our goals.
That’s why I became a life coach specialising in health and fitness, career improvement, dating and narcissistic abuse recovery.

About Me
Alongside a career in finance, I began coaching others to replicate my achievements.
After many successes, this passion project is now my full-time job.
After achieving career success, getting in shape and navigating my own recovery from relationship abuse, I developed science-based programmes to help others do the same.

After years of entrepreneurship and study, I fulfilled my goal of becoming a coach. I’m passionate about helping others and sharing the benefit of my knowledge and experience.
I work in a range of areas and also share my expertise on several YouTube channels.
2020
Ecommerce Founder
When the Covid-19 pandemic began, I was working on becoming a comedy writer. I realised I’d be stuck at home for a while, and that people stuck at home might upgrade their cooking equipment.
Seizing that opportunity, I built a kitchenware site which made over £300,000 in the first six months.
2007
RElationship & Attraction Expert
Like many people I didn’t have any good role models for relationships growing up. I resolved to become amazing at dating. When a relationship became toxic, I became a detective. Why was this happening to me? How did happiness turn into chaos?
I’ve totally immersed myself in the study of relationships: from attraction to attachment styles, from childhood development to clinical research on personality disorders and healthy relationships.

Health and fitness expert
I played rugby for a local team as a teenager and had the good fortune to train in the gym with some competitive bodybuilders.
When I put on weight during time living in the USA, I took a science-based approach to understanding health, fitness and especially fat loss. Many clients have achieved great results with my programme.

Bachelor of Science and economics
Swansea University
Swansea is the closest university in the world to a beach! I began a meditation practice there which has been crucial to my mental health and resilience.
My studies eventually led me into a career in finance.

Over the course of my career I worked for banks including Lloyds, AXA Wealth, and ING. After a stint at one of the financial regulators, I left finance to pursue my passions.
Politics
I have always taken an active interest in geopolitics and have shaken the hand of two US presidents. Maybe you can guess which ones.
Weight loss
When I moved to the USA, I found that it wasn’t hard to find healthy food; the problem was junk food was EVERYWHERE. By the time I left, I had put on a considerable amount of fat and I’ve been learning about different dietary interventions ever since.
Recovery
After an abusive relationship, I sought help, began educating myself and became an expert in relationships, recovery and began my own journey toward deeper healing from childhood wounds. Now I pay that forward by helping others.
